Zultys Mobile Communicator™

Zultys REAL-TIME mobile application is available for the iOS devices and Android de-

vices. Zultys Mobile provides full integration of mobile workers with the corporate Voice

and Unied Communications systems. Staying connected on the go has been made

simple with tools like Presence and Presence notes, IM/Chat, full caller ID, Single Num-

ber Dial, Corporate Directory and extension dialing as well as call-backs through the

system. This application supports integration with the phone’s address book, as well as

using push notication for instant alerts. Zultys Mobile continues to receive calls and

IMs even when the application is running in the background. Best of all, you can save

money on phone minutes by utilizing the softphone function and making calls over the

Wi-Fi network.

The release of Zultys Mobile version 4, brings Contact Center Agent functionality to the

iPhone and Android platforms. Agents can make and receive calls for their agent role as

well as the user role. Also available with Zultys Mobile version 4 is the visual voice mail

feature; sorting through incoming voice messages has been made easy with an intuitive

interface and robust functionality.
